As-tu déjà vécu l’expérience suivante ?
Tu fais un post sur un réseau social quelconque, tu affiches une photo de toi par exemple et les gens « likent », commentent positivement et tu te réjouis.
Tout à coup apparait un commentaire désobligeant d’un inconnu avec un avatar sans photo et un pseudonyme du genre « guerrierduclavier1234 » et en un instant ça te casse le moral, tu te remets en question et tu n’oses plus afficher par la suite ce genre de « post. » Ensuite, à chaque fois que tu publies quelque chose, tu te sens intimidé.
Voilà une erreur que font beaucoup de personnes de 20 à 30 ans, une erreur qui peut leur coûter cher dans le futur : donner l’autorisation à ceux qui t’entourent de décider de ta valeur, de tes choix et de la trajectoire de ta vie.
Dans la vingtaine, très souvent, tu n’as pas encore découvert ton identité et ta vraie valeur, ce qui peut provoquer chez toi un sentiment d’insécurité face à qui tu es et ce que tu oses faire.
Tu deviens alors vulnérable à l’opinion publique. À l’ère des réseaux sociaux et de l’univers virtuel, des personnes plus que jamais peuvent librement donner leur opinion sur toi et certains le font même en se cachant derrière un avatar qui ne les identifie même pas.
Je t’annonce aujourd’hui que quoi que tu fasses et quoi que tu choisisses de devenir, il y aura toujours des gens en désaccord, il y aura toujours des gens pour te juger et la réalité est que personne ne fait l’unanimité.
Je suis toujours surpris de voir par exemple certaines vidéos absolument extraordinaires sur YouTube faites par des gens remarquables, mais de voir quand même de nombreux pouces en bas en signe de désapprobation.
Ne fais donc surtout pas l’erreur de laisser des individus qui se moquent de toi déterminer tes choix de vie et définir ta valeur. Entoure-toi de conseillers sages qui t’aiment, qui croient en toi et qui ont à cœur ta réussite et oublie les autres.

J’aime beaucoup ce proverbe africain :
« Qu’est-ce que la colère de la poule pour l’épervier ? »
En d’autres mots, l’épervier qui vole à haute altitude, qui a une perspective différente, qui voit plus loin et qui est tout simplement à un autre niveau n’est pas intimidé par les cris désespérés d’une poule frustrée qui tourne en rond dans un enclos.
L’épervier n’y porte même pas attention, il est trop occupé à chasser, et déployer ses ailes pour voler vers de nouveaux territoires.
Deviens-toi aussi « un épervier spirituel. » Ne laisse personne qui n’a pas osé poursuivre ses rêves, qui a peur de prendre des risques, qui est même parfois jaloux de toi te faire manquer ta destinée et les plans de Dieu pour ta vie.
Ne laisse pas le feu qui brûle en toi de faire de longues études, de te lancer dans le ministère, de publier un recueil de poèmes, de chanter, de danser, de faire de la cuisine, de lancer ta chaine YouTube ou peu importe ce qui t’anime au fond de toi être éteint par les autres.
Ne freine jamais l’appel sur ta vie, les rêves que Dieu a placé en toi à cause de l’opinion défavorable d’un tel.
On s’est moqué de Néhémie dans la Bible lorsqu’il a entrepris le projet de reconstruire les murailles de Jérusalem. Il est devenu l’espoir d’une nation en reconstruction. Il n’a jamais laissé quelques incrédules lui voler le plan de Dieu pour sa vie.
Tu as un bel avenir devant toi. Par conséquent, ne donne jamais les clés de ta destinée à quelqu’un qui dans 5 minutes ne pensera même plus à toi.
