Si nous pouvions savoir ce qui se passe dans la tête de la personne à côté de nous, je vous assure que nous comprendrions beaucoup de choses.
Je sais qu’il se passe beaucoup de choses dans ma propre tête et sans aucun doute, dans la tienne aussi. Les batailles se remportent et se perdent tout d’abord dans nos têtes. Une multitude de combats a lieu quotidiennement dans nos pensées. Certains sont prévisibles et d’autres arrivent de nulle part. Nous pouvons nous coucher un soir avec des idées pleines d’espoir et nous réveiller le matin avec des pensées sombres et négatives.
En ce moment, je suis à l’aéroport en route pour un week-end extraordinaire, mais dans mes pensées, il y a un combat. Alors que je suis de nature confiante, des pensées d’incertitude me viennent à l’esprit. Je me demande ainsi si je serai à la hauteur, si je suis assez préparé, et à la limite je me pose même la question à savoir si je suis encore capable. C’est fou, avec toutes mes années d’expérience d’avoir de tels raisonnements.
Je regarde les gens autour de moi et j’ai l’impression que leur vie est beaucoup plus facile que la mienne. En même temps, j’ai des pensées négatives sur plein de sujets. Toutefois, je sais que c’est un combat et que ça va passer comme c’est toujours le cas. J’ai appris à me raisonner, à bloquer cela.

Je n’en suis pas à mes premières batailles. La clé de la victoire, c’est de se battre et de laisser passer le temps. Les mauvaises pensées ne sont souvent que passagères. La plupart du temps, elles sont mensongères. J’ai appris à ne pas agir en fonction des pensées négatives ou des batailles. Que vous soyez le président des États-Unis ou un parfait inconnu, chacun a ses luttes. Au moment où tu lis ce blogue, tu as peut-être commencé ta journée avec, toi aussi, ton lot de combats. Voici 5 choses à savoir :
1. Nous devons renouveler constamment nos pensées par des vérités, des choses positives et inspirantes ;
2. les mauvaises pensées ne sont que passagères, il faut simplement leur résister ;
3. nous avons le pouvoir de nous battre, et nous sommes plus forts que nos pensées ;
4. la prière et la lecture de la Bible aident énormément à triompher des mauvaises pensées ;
5. déclarer des paroles d’opposition à ces pensées négatives et défaitistes.

Ne vous conformez pas au siècle présent, mais soyez transformés par le renouvellement de l’intelligence, afin que vous discerniez quelle est la volonté de Dieu, ce qui est bon, agréable et parfait.
